With its large, shaded garden, chalet ambiance, and characterful cuisine, the Relais de la Chevrette is the perfect place for a gourmet break. Behind the stove, Grégory Buttner and his team subtly juggle local specialties with flavors from elsewhere. Alongside the house's unmissable Berthoud (a World Champion!) or raclette, you'll find delicious beef tataki, frogs' meat in parsley sauce, calf's head, hay-smoked pork chop, and the tartare of the day.
A chef and pastry chef, the chef makes a point of concocting his own desserts. On the menu: Valrhona chocolate fondant, black tea syrup and vanilla ice cream, seasonal fruit tartlets, crispy waffle, homemade hazelnut praline and white chocolate ice cream...
